Ramon International Airport 


The Ramon Airport was inaugurated in January 2019 and is named after Ilan and Assaf Ramon.
It is one of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects built in Israel in recent decades.

Our role:
D. Zajman Consultants Ltd. was part of the project management framework on behalf of the Israel Airports Authority, from the early planning stages through engineering, construction, commissioning, inspections, the warranty period, and the final account.

Ayalon Highways 


For many years, D. Zajman Consultants Ltd. provided budget control services for Ayalon Highways Ltd. across a wide portfolio of transport projects for the Ministry of Transport, including:
•    Construction of interchanges
•    Grade separations between road and rail
•    Road-widening projects
•    Ongoing maintenance of Highway 20 (Ayalon Routes)
Our budget control included verifying and approving monthly payment requests submitted to the Ministry.

Jerusalem Development Authority (JDA) ​​​​​​​

The JDA manages and funds diverse urban development projects.
As part of this framework, D. Zajman Consultants Ltd. provided budget control for managing companies contracted by the JDA.
We participated in key projects such as:
•    Bicycle path development
•    Park and green-area upgrades
•    Improvements to Jerusalem’s public realm

 Classified Security Projects 


Over the years, the firm has supported several classified security projects for Israeli security agencies along Israel’s borders.
These projects involve managing the budgets of large-scale, high-complexity infrastructure systems, including:

 Ministry for the Development of the Negev and Galilee 

 
The Ministry allocates funding to municipalities and public bodies in the fields of housing, culture, leisure, employment, and sports.
Our role:
D. Zajman Consultants Ltd. provided budget oversight and verification for support applications submitted by local authorities — ensuring optimal and responsible use of public funds while supporting regional development.

Tel Aviv Metro (Dan / Green Line Extension) ​​​​​​​


The Dan project extends the metropolitan transport network north to Kfar Saba and Ra’anana, east to Rosh HaAyin, and south to Rehovot.
The full system is valued at approximately 150 billion NIS.
Our role:
D. Zajman Consultants Ltd. is responsible for:
